In the first quarter of 2024, the top five travel and local apps in Australia showcased varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker saw consistent weekly revenue, peaking at around $13K in late February. Weekly downloads began at 12K in early January but experienced a decline, hitting a low of 8.3K in early February before slightly recovering to 10.4K by the end of March. Active users fluctuated, starting at 49K and ending at 47K, with notable peaks and troughs throughout the quarter.

WikiCamps Australia experienced a downward trend in weekly revenue, starting at $12.5K and dipping to $7.3K by the end of February, before a slight recovery to $9.2K in late March. Downloads showed a similar pattern, beginning at 3.4K and decreasing to around 2.1K in early March, with a slight increase to 2.7K by the end of the quarter. Active users started at 6.6K, dipping to 5.5K in early February, and ending at 6K.
